APPLICATIONS:
It is suitable for welding aluminum alloy in marine, chemical, mold, metallurgy and locomotive industries, etc.
CHARACTERISTICS:
THS-Al4043 is a aluminum-silicon alloy wire. The wire is less sensitive to heat crack and can be used for welding heat-treatable base material.
The welding wire has excellent welding performance, beautiful weld forming, stable arc and small splash.
ATTENTION:
1.Remove oxide, grease, moisture and other impurities from the solder joint and wire before welding.
2.When welding, the plate can be used to hold up the molten metal, in order to ensure the formation of weld.
3.Oxyacetylene gas welding must be used together with aluminum gas welding solvent.
