Rutile iron powder electrode for high efficiency
APPLICATIONS:
It is suitable for welding of carbon steel and low alloy steel structure, such as ship, vehicle, mechanical structure, etc.
CHARACTERISTICS:
J501Fe18 is a rutile iron powder coated acid electrode. Can be welding by both AC & DC power source and flat and fillet welding.
Good welding performance, stable arc, small spatter, easy slag removal, beautiful weld forming, deposition efficiency up to about 180%
ATTENTION:
1.Remove rust, grease, moisture and other impurities before welding.
2.Under normal circumstances, the welding rod does not need to be baked before welding,
when the electrode is exposed to moisture must be baked at 150-170℃ for 1 hour after use.
